These are some slight improvements for Parking definitions:

• Definition of numberOfChargingPoints: Typo in ‘charing’ (missing ‘g’)
• Definition of InterUrbanParkingSiteLocationEnum is wrong, must not focus on trucks
• Definition of parkingLastMaximumOccupancy: use ‘parked’ instead of ‘parking’

I have downloaded the PIM for v2.3 and am unable to open the zipped EAP file. I am getting the error "It is already opened exclusively by another use, or you need permission yo view its data". See attached file.

It is possible that this is because I am using EA version 7.1, however the previous version of the PIM was readable in this version.

subjectTypeOfWorks misses some very relevant literals for the urban domain:
sewer
traffic lights
public transport stop (or busstop, tramstop, taxistop, ...)
public transport infrastructure
public transport information system
metro
streetparking places
parking
district heating pipe
heat transport pipe

In NL signed rerouting is often marked with signs with a big letter. Meaning: for destination x follow signs with a T on it.
This is not the same as the description of the itinerary. It would be usefull to be able to add this in a sepparate attribute like reroutingSign

When the laneManagementType is set to narrowLanes, it would be excpected that the residual width of the lanes could be provided as well. Proposal is to extend impact with residualLaneWidth (like RoadWidth)

In the DATEX Tool, you cannot deselect roles with an index qualifier.
The Tool treats them as mandatory. This is because of the 1-1 relation, which determines – in these special cases - in fact the size of the qualified subitems.
 I think, in the resulting XSD, this is no problem, the field is not set mandatory.

 When exporting DD for Parking Publications, data type Decimal is missing in DD. This is because Decimal is a base type which is not used in the model, but its children are.

 When you deselect whole model and then selects eg ElaboratedDataPublication all childs are selected except attributes on parent classes like DataValue.

The class "GenericPublication" is not yet standardised in CEN-TS 16157.
As it is used in the ParkingPublications, it will standardised in Part 6 for now.

For future revision of CEN/TS 16157, it should be considered to include this class into one of the Parts 1 to 3.

This also effects the "Extension" package in the same way (i.e. the package name, not its content);
maybe other, not yet standardised elements can be identified, too.

Currently the placesAtWhichApplicable attribute is only available in the networkmanagement class. That is inconvenient as the enumeration values are also very usefull in area based weatherrelated roadconditions (in region x slippery roads on bridges)
It is my proposal to move this attribute to the supplementaryPositionalDescription class in groupOfLocations
