Temperature definitions

 The Temperature class can be used in MeasureDataPublication to measure airTemperature, dewPointTemperature, maximumTemperature and minimumTemperature. 
If you look at definitions of maximumTemperature and minimumTemperature you found e.g. "The expected maximum temperature during the forecast period.". The forecast period is what I felt must be wrong in this use case. We measure temeprature over one period and like to give information about the maximum and minimum temperature during this persion and not a forecast period. In another use case forecast may be true.
I propose that we do the definition mer general like "The maximum temerature of period" or "The maximum temperature of measured or forcasted period"
