Description
I'm wondering, what the literal 'convoyService' in GeneralNetworkManagementTypeEnum means.
I expected a convoy of cars, i.e. a platoon.
But in the original name field it says "convoy service due to bad weather" - I'm quite astonished about this. Is it about a hotel, where you are guided by someone with an umbrella?
I suggest to clearify the meaning and to adjust defnition.

I can tell you how it is in Sweden.
In northern parts of Sweden we have roads going over the mountains into Norway. During winter it could be rely hard weather (a lot of snow and snow drifts) and very dangerous since it's also long stretches. So what they do is to close the road and schedule convoyService. In front of the convoy there is a snowplough.
