Using schema generation tool with Windows 10

I am facing an error when using the schema generation tool on my laptop.
It uses Windows 10 Pro 64 bits (French version).
Description of error:
Normal 0 21 false false false FR X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4

When I launch the tool I have a first error message (see screen copy file: Capture_error_message_DatexII_generation_tool_20160315.PNG).

The dialog box “File open” is not active (menu entry in grey). If I continue clicking on the tab “Selection”, I have a second error message (see screen copy file: Capture_error_message2_DatexII_generation_tool_20160315.PNG)

and it is possible to display more text (see file Error_message_DatexII_generation_tool.txt).
